Welcome to Wellbeing Warriors

Wellbeing Warriors is a Children’s Mental Health and Wellbeing Service with our expert team having over 25 years’ experience of working with children, families, and schools. Our professional team have a vast and rich experience in this specialist area, excellent qualifications, and enhanced skills to best support the children in your school along their journey.

We provide evidence-based  interventions to support children’s mental health and wellbeing from the Early Years Foundation Stage to Key Stage 3. These services include targeted  programmes,  #Reframe and Wellbeing Warriors for smaller groups of children, and  whole class approaches with the Let’s Talk workshops. In addition to our children’s services, we also provide training and workshops for staff in school settings too.

All our services are delivered therapeutically to engage children to better understand themselves and their emotions. We ensure that children develop their resilience, mental health, and emotional wellbeing through the fun and creative delivery of all our services. These interventions are a safe platform for children to explore, learn and understand themselves in a meaningful and resourceful way. We make sure they are equipped with skills, knowledge and understanding of emotional literacy, to have more self-awareness and recognition of their own feelings, with practical approaches for self-management of their future lives.
