Our Vision
To work with children and young people in the North West in delivering our mental health and wellbeing services to enhance and develop a holistic approach for individuals to self-fulfil the ability to manage life challenges faced in a resourceful and confident way. We will work closely with schools to engage them in our services for supporting the children and young people, and to develop the awareness and skills of educators in the field of children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing as a ongoing development of social policy changes for the collective wellbeing of all.
Our Mission
Our mission is to increase awareness and develop children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing together as individuals through targeted programmes and whole class workshops in engaging all children to develop their social, emotional, and mental health skills, to be the best version of themselves. We strive to work with educators to enhance their skills and knowledge of children’s mental health to allow for the best interventions and support to be available for the needs of the children through the ongoing service developments and changes.
Our Values
Children and Young people’s Mental Health and Wellbeing: To provide quality services that engage, develop and enhance children and young people’s mental health as a key skill to develop their resilience to cope with life challenges, and to assist in the development and growth of psychological wellness.
Education and Learning: To educate children and young people in the subject of mental health and wellbeing in developing their skills as individuals to help survive and succeed in the highly competitive world. To hold and teach strong communications skills as practitioners for engaging with individuals learning styles and preferences for delivering a quality learning experience for all, and to provide enriched and interactive learning opportunities to best engage pupils and educators in all services available.
Empathy: We strive to promote high levels of commitment and cooperation in the team and with our customers, with the concept to understand another person’s perspective or circumstance. We endeavour to be curious and possess a desire to know and understand others for working closely with our schools and children in building and maintaining positive relationships.
